摘　　要：国有企业是国民经济发展的支柱,系统推进国有企业资本结构优化,对国有企业财务稳定性具有重要的影响。为进一步探索国有企业资本结构对财务稳定性的影响以及优化策略,文章系统分析了国有企业资本结构优化对财务稳定性的影响机理,梳理国有企业资本结构现状及存在的问题,并从国有企业资本三大构成要素着手提出具体的策略,以期对促进国有企业财务高质量发展提供有益帮助。State-owned enterprises are the backbone of national economic developmenta,systematically promoting the optimization of capital structure of state-owned enterprises has a significant impact on their financial stability.To further explore the impact of state-owned enterprise capital structure on financial stability and optimization strategies,this article systematically analyzes the mechanism of the impact of state-owned enterprise capital structure optimization on financial stability,sorts out the current situation and existing problems of stateowned enterprise capital structure,and proposes specific strategies starting from the three major components of state-owned enterprise capital,in order to provide useful assistance in promoting high-quality financial development of state-owned enterprises.
