摘　　要：文章围绕建筑企业绿色人力资源管理展开,旨在探讨如何通过系统化的管理策略推动企业的绿色转型与可持续发展。在碳达峰、碳中和政策背景下,建筑企业面临环保压力,存在一些管理上的问题。研究结果表明,实施科学的绿色人力资源管理不仅有助于提高企业的环境绩效,还能增强企业的市场竞争力和社会责任感。文章的研究为建筑企业推进绿色管理提供了理论支持与实践指导,对行业整体的绿色转型具有重要的参考价值。This paper focuses on green human resource management in construction enterprises,aiming to explore how systematic management strategies can promote green transformation and sustainable development.Under the carbon peak and carbon neutrality policy,construction enterprises are facing environmental pressures and encounter certain management challenges.The research findings indicate that implementing scientific green human resource management not only helps improve the environmental performance of enterprises but also enhances their market competitiveness and sense of social responsibility.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for construction enterprises to advance green management,offering valuable insights for the industry's overall green transition.
