摘　　要：我国医药产业的快速发展和现代化,对高校制药工程专业应用型创新人才培养模式提出了新的要求。针对目前地方高校制药工程专业人才培养存在的关键问题,提出了以OBE理念为导引,以培养应用型创新人才为目标,着力于育人理念、培养方案、教学过程、教学方法、质量评价等人才培养模式的研究与探索,大大提升了制药工程专业学生的素养和创新能力,为实现制药工程应用型创新人才培养目标提供强有力的支撑。The rapid development and modernization of China's pharmaceutical industry,which puts forward new requirements for the training mode of applied and innovative talents in pharmaceutical engineering.In view of the key problems existing in the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents in local universities,this paper proposed cultivating applied innovative talents as goal,focused on the research and exploration of personnel training mode such as education idea,training plan,teaching process,teaching method and quality evaluation based on OBE,which greatly improved the quality and innovation ability of pharmaceutical engineering students,and provided a strong support for realizing the goal of cultivating applied and innovative talents in pharmaceutical engineering.
