摘　　要：获得性反应性穿通性胶原病(ARPC)是一种罕见的皮肤病,常发生于糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全或恶性肿瘤患者,发生在克罗恩病(CD)患者很罕见,临床易误诊。现报道1例CD合并ARPC的病例,以期提高临床医师对此病的认识。Acquired reactive perforating collagenosis(ARPC)is a rare disease and is usually seen in patients with diabetes,chronic renal insufficiency or malignant tumor.However,it is rarely present in patients with Crohn's disease(CD).A case of CD with ARPC is reported to improve clinicians'understanding of the rare disease.
