摘 要:运用Deform软件对某电机换向器片冲模的凸模磨损进行数值模拟,通过改变冲裁速度和摩擦系数等工艺参数,获得不同参数下的凸模磨损深度数据。结果表明:凸模与坯料接触的圆角磨损最明显;在一定参数范围内,凸模磨损与冲裁速度成负相关,与摩擦系数成正相关。The wear of a punch of electric machine commutator segment was simulated numerically by using Deform software,the wear depth of the punch die under different parameters was obtained by changing the blanking speed and friction factor.The results showed that the wear of the filleted corners of the punch contact with the blank was the most obvious,in a certain range of parameters,the wear of the punch was negatively correlated with blanking speed and positively correlated with friction factor.
