摘  要:针对目前高职课程教学存在课堂教学理念传统、不重视学生参与课堂、课程内容与岗位需求脱节、实践教学重视不够等问题,引入中德先进职业教育(SGAVE)项目的模块化教学模式,将其运用在高职《汽车覆盖件模具设计与制造》课程教学中,分析该课程体系,并基于企业岗位典型工作任务重构课程内容,教学过程基于“八步法”,按照“客户委托、工单引领、问题导向”的模块授课,以教师为引导,学生自主学习,在做中学、学中做的模式完成汽车覆盖件模具的设计与制造的任务,学生参与课堂程度高,提高了学习主动性和积极性。该课程改革提升了学生对知识、技能的掌握和应用,并养成良好的职业素质,同时为其他课程教学改革提供了参考。In view of the problems of traditional classroom teaching concept,lack of attention to students'participation in the classroom,disconnection between course content and job requirements,and insufficient attention to practical teaching,the modular teaching mode of sino-german advanced vocational education(SGAVE)project was introduced and applied to the Die design and manufacturing of body cover panel course in higher vocational colleges,the course system was analyzed,and the course content was reconstructed based on the typical work tasks of enterprise job.The teaching process was based on the"eight-step method",and according to the modular teaching mode of"customer entrusting,work order guidance,problem orientation",with the guidance of teachers and students as the main body,and students did by learning and learned by doing,which completed the task of die design and manufacturing of body cover panel die.Students had a high of participation in the classroom,which improved their learning initiative and enthusiasm.The course reform improved students'mastery and application of knowledge and skills,and developed their good professional quality,it provided references for other course teaching reforms.
