摘  要:在数字时代背景下,实践教学对于推动互联网、大数据、人工智能等数字技术与法学深度融合、培养数字时代法学人才具有不可忽视的重要性。基于数字时代新法科的创新发展,本文聚焦数字技术与法学学科的全面深度交叉融合发展,研究了数字法学实践教学课程的建设问题,并以大数据、人工智能等数字技术为基础,设计了面向法学研究生的法律人工智能系统实验课程,再结合司法实践案例,详细讲解了数字技术在法律领域的应用。这一探究不仅适应了新文科背景下创立和发展“新法科”的紧迫需求,还满足了数字时代对应用型、复合型高端法律人才的要求。In the context of the digital era,practice teaching is of non-negligible importance for promoting the deep integration of digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies with law and cultivating legal talents in the digital era.Based on the innovative development of the new legal science in the digital era,this paper focuses on the comprehensive and deep cross-fertilization development of digital technology and the discipline of law,researches the construction of the digital law practice teaching curriculum,and designs an experimental course on legal artificial intelligence system for law graduate students based on digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,and then explains in detail the application of digital technology in the field of law by combining with the cases of judicial practice.This exploration not only adapts to the urgent demand for the creation and development of the“new legal science”in the context of the new liberal arts,but also meets the requirements of the digital era for applied and compound high-end legal talents.
