摘 要:文章研究了人工智能技术在计算机网络防火墙设计中的应用,提出了一种基于人工智能的防火墙设计方法。首先,利用决策树对防火墙日志数据进行特征提取,以识别网络行为的关键特征。随后,采用卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Networks,CNN)模型检测网络流量中的攻击和异常行为,并通过引入在线学习机制,实现异常行为的实时检测与响应。此外,文章还构建了具有正常行为的基线模型,与异常检测模型协同工作,以提升检测精度。研究通过仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。The article studies the application of artificial intelligence technology in the design of computer network firewalls and proposes a firewall design method based on artificial intelligence.Firstly,feature extraction is performed on firewall log data using decision trees to identify key characteristics of network behavior.Subsequently,a convolutional neural networks(CNN)model was used to detect attacks and abnormal behaviors in network traffic,and real-time detection and response of abnormal behaviors were achieved by introducing online learning mechanisms.In addition,the article constructed a baseline model with normal behavior and collaborated with an anomaly detection model to improve detection accuracy.The effectiveness of this method was verified through simulation experiments.
