摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)联合超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床应用价值,为临床提供更准确的诊断方法。方法选取2020年1月至2023年8月湖北江汉油田总医院120例具有急性阑尾炎症状的患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受MSCT和超声检查。以病理学结果为金标准,分析单独超声与MSCT联合超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的诊断效能。结果在120例患者中108例被确诊为急性阑尾炎。单独超声诊断出85例,而MSCT联合超声检查诊断出103例。MSCT联合超声诊断急性阑尾炎的敏感度、准确度和阴性预测值均高于单独超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于化脓性阑尾炎,MSCT联合超声诊断的准确率也高于单独超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSCT联合超声检查在急性阑尾炎的诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值,能够为临床提供更准确的诊断信息,有助于及时制定治疗方案,提高患者的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)combined with ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,aiming to provide a more accurate diagnostic method for clinical practice.Methods A total of 120 patients with symptoms of acute appendicitis who were admitted to Jianghan Oilfield General Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent both Multi-Slice Computed Tomography(MSCT)and ultrasonography.Taking the pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasonography alone and MSCT combined with ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis was analyzed.Results Of the 120 patients,108 were confirmed to have acute appendicitis.Ultrasonography alone diagnosed 85 cases,while MSCT combined with ultrasonography diagnosed 103cases.The sensitivity,accuracy,and negative predictive value of MSCT combined with ultrasonography for diagnosing acute appendicitis were all higher than those of ultrasonography alone,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Moreover,for the diagnosis of suppurative appendicitis,the diagnostic accuracy of MSCT combined with ultrasonography was also significantly higher than that of ultrasonography alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of MSCT and ultrasonography exhibits substantial clinical value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,offering more precise diagnostic information that aids in timely treatment planning and improves patient outcomes.
