摘 要:Ⅳ目的探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因1(PTTG1)与肾透明细胞癌患者生存预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2021年1月黑龙江省医院收治的79例行手术治疗的肾透明细胞癌患者的病历资料,随访3年,根据疾病特异死亡结局分为生存组和死亡组,比较2组患者的PTTG1mRNA表达情况,分析不同PTTG1mRNA表达肾透明细胞癌患者的生存预后。结果79例肾透明细胞癌患者中PTTG1阳性表达58例(73.42%),阴性表达21例(26.58%)。癌组织中PTTG1 mRNA表达量高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。随访结束,79例患者中疾病特异死亡27例,病死率34.18%。死亡组患者的Fuhrman分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级占比、TNM分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级占比、PTTG1 mRNA表达高于生存组(P<0.05)。Fuhrman分级、TNM分级、PTTG1 mRNA是肾透明细胞癌患者预后死亡的危险因素(P<0.05)。PTTG1 mRNA高表达组患者的生存曲线低于PTTG1 mRNA低表达组(P<0.05)。结论PTTG1在肾透明细胞癌中的高表达与患者疾病特异死亡预后相关。Objective To explore the correlation between Pituitary Tumor Transforming Gene 1(PTTG1)and the survival prognosis of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 79patients with renal clear cell carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021.After a 3-year follow-up,patients were divided into a survival group and a death group based on disease-specific mortality outcomes.The expression of PTTG1 mRNA in the two groups was compared,and the survival prognosis of patients with different PTTG1 mRNA expressions was analyzed.Results Among the 79 patients with renal clear cell carcinoma,58 exhibited positive expression of PTTG1,while 21 were negative.The expression level of PTTG1 mRNA in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).At the end of the follow-up,there were 27 cases of disease-specific mortality,with a disease-specific mortality rate of 34.18%.The proportion of Fuhrman grades III-IV,TNM stages III-IV,and elevated PTTG1 mRNA levels was higher in the death group compared to the survival group(P<0.05).Fuhrman grade,TNM stage,and PTTG1 mRNA were identified as risk factors for prognosis and mortality in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The survival curve of patients with high expression of PTTG1 mRNA was lower than that of patients with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of PTTG1 in renal clear cell carcinoma is associated with patients'disease-specific mortality prognosis.
