农业标准化生产发展研究——以乌兰察布马铃薯产业为例

摘　　要：国家粮食安全问题一直是我国国家安全问题的重要基石,随着时代发展和政策调整,人民群众的需求也从最初的保障温饱问题变成现在的注重质量安全问题,而农业标准化生产可作为重要手段实现农产品质量安全“质”的有效提升。马铃薯主粮化战略实施以来,全国各地都兴起了研究品种优、产量大、品质好的马铃薯风潮,乌兰察布市也作为其中之一致力于打造品牌响的产品。随着马铃薯的发展到了白热化阶段,如何转赛道超越国内外其他地区的马铃薯品种及产品,成为乌兰察布马铃薯产业发展的重要问题,因此本文从农业标准化生产的角度分析乌兰察布马铃薯现状,针对存在的问题提出一些意见建议。The national food security has always been an important cornerstone of China’s national security.With the development of the times and the adjustment of policies,the needs of people have also changed from ensuring food and clothing at the beginning to the current focus on quality and safety issues,and agricultural standardized production can be an important means to achieve the effective improvement of agricultural product quality and safety.Since the implementation of potato staple grain strategy,there has been a trend of studying potato with excellent varieties,large yield and good quality all over the country,and Ulanqab is also one of them committed to building brand-famous products.With the development of potato towards the fever stage,how to turn the track to surpass the potato quality of other regions at home and abroad has become an important issue in the development of Ulanqab potato.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of Ulanqab potato from the perspective of agricultural standardized production,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions for existing problems.
