摘　　要：我国碳市场的健康运行,为实现“双碳”目标、推动绿色低碳转型发展发挥了重要作用。而碳市场有序运行离不开标准为其“护航”。在我国碳市场建设过程中,探索提炼出具有中国特色的基础规则和主体行为约束等国际标准,可为更好、更科学地实现“双碳”目标,为国际碳市场的发展和规则制定贡献“中国方案”,从而掌握碳市场领域的国际话语权。本文在梳理我国碳市场现状和标准化工作的基础上,通过识别存在的问题,明确工作路径,旨在提升我国碳市场标准国际影响力,帮助实现“双碳”目标。The healthy operation of China’s carbon market has played an important role in achieving the dual carbon goals and promoting green and low-carbon transformation.The orderly operation of the carbon market cannot be separated from standards.In the process of building China’s carbon market,basic rules and subject behavior constraints with Chinese characteristics are summarized for relevant international standards,which can contribute to the better and more scientific achievement of the dual carbon goals,share China’s experience for the development and rule-making of the international carbon market,and realize more participation in the field.On the basis of reviewing the current situation of China’s carbon market and standardization work,this paper identifies existing problems and clarifies the work path,aiming to enhance the international influence of China’s standards for carbon market and achieve the dual carbon goals.
