摘 要:目的:评价数智化管理模式在生殖微创日间手术门诊的应用效果,为提高门诊微创手术管理质量提供借鉴。方法:从团队管理、信息系统优化、院前服务流程优化等方面构建数智化的生殖微创日间手术门诊管理模式,比较模式应用前后患者的平均等待入院时间、当日手术取消率及满意度。结果:应用数智化管理模式后,患者平均等待入院时间、当日手术取消率明显降低(P<0.05),患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:数智化管理模式可提高患者的满意度和生殖微创日间手术效率,值得进一步推广。Objective:To evaluate the effect of digital intelligent management model in day surgery in reproductive outpatient department,and to provide reference for improving the management quality of minimally invasive surgery.Methods:A digital intelligent management model of outpatient day surgery was constructed from the aspects of team management,information system optimization,and pre-hospital service process optimization.The average waiting time for admission,cancellation rate of same-day operation,and patient satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of the model.Results:After the implementation of the digital intelligent management model,the average waiting time for admission and the cancellation rate of same-day operation were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the satisfaction of patients was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The digital intelligent management model can improve the satisfaction of patients and the efficiency of reproductive medicine outpatient day surgery,which is worthy of further promotion.
