摘 要:通过改变补强体系的种类以及用量研究了其对汽车悬置用橡胶材料硫化特性、力学性能、耐老化性能以及动静刚度比的影响规律。结果表明,随着炭黑粒径增大,胶料的力学性能降低,但耐热空气老化性能变好,动静刚度比减小;当炭黑N774与7份(质量份)白炭黑并用时,胶料的硫化速度和力学性能均有所提高。15 Hz和100 Hz下的动静刚度比分别是1.15和1.19。By altering the types and amounts of reinforcement systems,the effects on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,aging resistance,and dynamic-to-static stiffness ratio of rubber materials for automotive mounts were examined.The results show that as the carbon black particle size increases,the mechanical properties of the rubber compound decrease,but the resistance to hot-air aging improves,and the dynamic-to-static stiffness ratio decreases.When carbon black N774 is used together with 7 phr silica,the vulcanization rate and mechanical properties of the compound both improve.The dynamic-to-static stiffness ratios at 15 Hz and 100 Hz are 1.15 and 1.19,respectively.
