摘　　要：近年来,美国政府提出并推进“印太战略”,反映其对该地区地缘重要性的关注日益加强。应对所谓“中国挑战”是其“印太战略”的核心动力,拉拢地区盟伴共同对华开展“大国竞争”成为美国“印太战略”的重要一环。在此背景下,韩国对美国“印太战略”的态度从“消极回避”到“积极合作”,对华政策亦随之转变,长期推行的中美“平衡”外交战略逐步走向“失衡”。这种“失衡”现象自尹锡悦执政后越发突出。尹锡悦政府主动将外交政策与美国“印太战略”对接,加强韩美经贸合作,对发展中韩政治和经贸关系较为消极,其政策变化是韩国国内与国际环境因素共同作用导致的。未来,尹锡悦政府对美国“印太战略”的反应及其对华政策调整仍受多重因素影响,存在一定限度。对此,中国应予以高度重视,进一步探索中韩相处之道,为自身发展营造更加良好的外部环境。In recent years,the U.S.government has proposed and promoted the Indo-Pacific strategy,reflecting its growing concern about the geopolitical importance of the region.Responding to the so-called“China Challenge”is the core driving force of the Indo-Pacific strategy,and drawing regional allies together to carry out“great power competition”against China has become an important part of the US Indo-Pacific strategy.In this context,ROK's attitude toward the U.S.Indo-Pacific strategy has changed from“passive avoidance”to“active cooperation”,and its policy toward China has also changed,and its long-standing“balanced”diplomatic strategy toward China and the U.S.has gradually become“unbalanced”.The long-standing“balanced”diplomatic strategy of China and the U.S.is gradually moving towards“imbalance”.This“imbalance”has become more prominent since the Yoon Suk-yeol administration.The Yoon Suk-yeol administration has taken the initiative to align its foreign policy with the U.S.Indo-Pacific strategy,strengthened U.S.-ROK bilateral economic and trade cooperation,and has been more passive in China-ROK political,economic,and trade relations,which is due to a combination of factors in the domestic and international environments.In the future,the Yoon Suk-yeol government's response to the U.S.Indo-Pacific strategy and its policy adjustments toward China will still be influenced by multiple factors and have certain limits.In this regard,China should pay great attention to exploring ways for China and ROK to get along with each other and create a better external environment for its development.
