摘　　要：拜登执政后美国外交路线转向“中间主义”。日韩作为抑制中国崛起的前线国家,须向美国输送资源,也要承担美国转嫁的维持体系边界稳定的成本。提升与日韩的合作水平成为拜登政府实现“中间主义”的着力点。本文首先介绍了美国自拜登执政后转向“中间主义”外交的背景与内核,然后从外交、军事、经贸三个层面概述了美国引导下美日韩三国合作升级的具体表现。第三部分剖析了美国转向“中间主义”外交的内涵逻辑,认为“中间主义”的目标是实现“有为”与“克制”下的“低成本护持”,其根本内涵是立足国内,由内生动力再次挽救美国的衰颓之势。Since Biden took office,US foreign policy has shifted towards“Intermediatism”.Japan and ROK,as frontline states to contain China's rise and peripheral states of the US hegemonic system,are obliged to supply resources to the US and to cover the costs of maintaining the stability of the system's boundaries shifted by the US.Enhancing cooperation with Japan and ROK has become a focal point for the Biden administration to implement“Intermediatism”.This paper first introduces the background and core of the US shift towards“Intermediatism”diplomacy since Biden took office,then outlines the specific manifestations of the US-led trilateral cooperation between the US,Japan,and ROK from the aspects of diplomacy,military,and economy.The third part analyzes the connotation and logic of the US shift towards“Intermediatism”diplomacy,arguing that the goal of“Intermediatism”is to achieve“low-cost maintenance”through the interactive game of“active”and“restrained”.The fundamental connotation is based on domestic factors,with endogenous dynamics once again rescuing the decline of the US.The article concludes by assessing the prospects and providing suggestions for how China should respond.It fills the gap in domestic and international research on US“Intermediatism”diplomacy that lacks practical research.
