摘　　要：护理教育遵循教育学原理,运用教育理论和方法,探讨专业教育中的现象或问题,助力提升护理人才培养质量。该文在阐述教育研究内涵和特征的基础上,总结常用的教育研究方法及其应用,分析其在护理教育研究实践中的现状与发展,期望为护理教育工作者提供更为深入的思考路径,以促进护理教育研究的持续改进与创新。Adhering to pedagogical principles,nursing education utilizes educational theories and methodologies to investigate phenomena and issues within profession to enhance quality of talent training.On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of educational research,this paper summarized and analyzed the common pedagogy research methods and their application,discussed the present situation and development trend of nursing education research.The review is expected to provide nursing educators with ideas for further reflection,improvement and innovation of nursing education.
