摘 要:为了缩短电池组均衡时间,提高均衡效率,本文首先对传统分层结构进行改进,引入可实现首尾电池直接均衡的环状结构,有助于减小均衡路径中的能量损失。其次,根据电池开路电压(OCV)与荷电状态(SOC)的特性曲线,分段选取OCV和SOC作为均衡变量,并设计自适应模糊控制器和模糊规则,以提高均衡效率。最后,以16个电池串联的电池组为例,设计静置、充电和放电实验,并进行了成本分析。结果表明,与传统分层方案相比,提出的均衡方案在均衡速度和均衡效率上均有提升,验证了该均衡方案的优势。In order to shorten the battery balance time and improve the balance efficiency.Firstly,the traditional lay-ered structure is improved and a ring structure is introduced that can realize the direct balance of the end and end batteries.The structure is helpful to reduce the energy loss in the balance path.Secondly,according to the characteris-tic curves of open circuit voltage(OCV)and state of charge(SOC),OCV and SOC are selected as equalization vari-ables.An adaptive fuzzy controller and fuzzy rules are designed to improve the equalization efficiency.Finally,a battery pack with 16 cells in series is taken as an example to design a static,charging and discharging experiment,and the cost analysis is carried out.The results show that compared with the traditional layering scheme,the proposed equal-ization scheme has improved the equalization speed and efficiency,which verifies the advantages of the proposed eq-ualization scheme.
