摘 要:针对燃料电池、光伏等新能源发电场景,提出一种基于耦合电感和开关电容的二次升压高增益DC/DC变换器。将Boost变换器电感替换为二次型开关电感,然后引入耦合电感单元,并采用开关电容吸收漏感能量,同时降低器件的电压应力,通过调节耦合电感的匝比,可以在低占空比下实现高电压增益。本文分析了变换器的拓扑结构和工作原理,然后计算其稳态性能,并与现有的高增益变换器进行性能对比。最后,搭建100 W的实验样机验证其性能,实验结果与理论分析相符,表明所提变换器可以在较低占空比下获得较高的电压增益,适用于新能源发电等场合。A quadratic high step-up DC/DC converter based on coupled inductor and switched capacitor is proposed for new energy generation applications such as fuel cells and photovoltaics.Topology is formed by replacing the tradi-tional Boost converter inductor with a quadratic switch inductor and coupled inductor.Switch capacitor unit is intro-duced to absorb leakage energy while reducing the voltage stress of the semiconductors.By adjusting the turn ratio of the coupled inductor,high voltage gain can be achieved at low duty cycles.Firstly,a detailed analysis of the topology and its working principle is provided,then calculates its steady-state performance and compares it with other existing high gain converters.Finally,an experimental prototype is built to verify its performance.The experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis,indicating that the proposed converter can achieve higher voltage gain at lower du-ty cycles and is suitable for new energy generation and other applications.
