摘  要:可控震源数字化平台系统的实时数据采集终端(以下简称采集终端)是新研发用于对EV-56可控震源运行状态数据进行实时采集和传输的车载设备,采集终端能够结合EV-56可控震源的CAN总线系统对可控震源运行状态进行实时采集,同时还能够扩展采集独立的外部RS485类型传感器数据。通过4G移动通信网络和卫星通讯等方式进行信息传输,采集终端采用基于MQTT的网络通讯协议对数据在采集终端和服务器平台间进行传输。本文就EV-56可控震源CAN电路系统特点、采集终端的接口扩展功能、数据通讯特点、MQTT通讯协议以及初步应用情况作了介绍。The real-time data acquisition terminal(hereinafter referred to as the acquisition terminal)of the digital platform system for vibroseis is a newly developed vehicle mounted device used for real-time acquisition and transmission of operational status data of EV-56 vibroseis.The acquisition terminal can combine the CAN bus system of EV-56 vibroseis to collect real-time operational status of vibroseis,and can also expand the collection of independent external RS485 type sensor data.Information transmission is carried out through 4G mobile communication network and satellite communication.The acquisition terminal uses MQTT based network communication protocol to transmit data between the acquisition terminal and the server platform.This article introduces the characteristics of the CAN circuit system of EV-56 vibroseis,the interface expansion function of the acquisition terminal,the data communication characteristics,the MQTT communication protocol,and the preliminary application situation.
