酸枣仁-人参配伍的中药复方镇静催眠作用

摘　　要：旨在说明酸枣仁-人参配伍的中药复方的镇静催眠作用。采用水合氯醛睡眠试验观察其对小鼠的催眠作用以及酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测小鼠血清中五羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)的含量,初步探讨酸枣仁-人参配伍的中药复方的镇静催眠作用机制。研究发现:酸枣仁-人参配伍的中药复方能够明显减少试验小鼠的自主活动总次数;增加阈下剂量水合氯醛诱导小鼠进入睡眠的只数;延长阈上剂量水合氯醛诱导小鼠的睡眠持续时间;增加血清中5-HT的含量。结果表明酸枣仁-人参配伍的中药复方能够协同水合氯醛通过增加血清5-HT的方式明显缩短小鼠睡眠潜伏期,延长睡眠时长,发挥镇静安神作用,但是其具体物质基础及作用途径还有待进一步研究证实。Aiming to elucidate the active effects of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula,primarily composed of seeds of sour jujube kernel and ginseng,this study aimed to verify its potential sedative-hypnotic effects.Using a synergistic chloral hydrate sleep experiment,its hypnotic effects on mice were observed,and ELISA was employed to measure the 5-HT content in mouse serum,preliminarily exploring the sedative-hypnotic mechanism of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Combining Jujube Seed and Ginseng.The research results showed that a Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Combining Jujube Seed and Ginseng significantly reduced the total number of spontaneous activities in experimental mice,increased the number of mice induced to sleep by sub-threshold doses of chloral hydrate,prolonged the sleep duration induced by supra-threshold doses of chloral hydrate,and increased the content of 5-HT in serum.The results showed that a Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Combining Jujube Seed and Ginseng can significantly shorten the sleep latency of mice by increasing the serum 5-HT,prolong the sleep time,and play a sedative and calming role,but its specific material basis and action pathway need to be further confirmed.
