摘 要:为实现构建食品专业教师师德师风建设新坐标的目标,可以开展高校—政府—企业三方的合作,有效整合教育、政策和社会三方资源,实现目标维度,打造特色维度,建设实践维度,从而为食品专业教育家型教师、社会发展和企业内涵式增长的外部环境协同产生“1+1+1>3”的协同效应。食品专业教师师德师风建设的目标维度包括提高师德水平、优化师风建设、加强专业发展、促进校企合作和建立长效机制。食品专业教师师德师风建设的特色维度表现在资源整合与优势互补、实践导向与创新研究、产学研用与人才培养、课程设计与教学改革、教育评价与质量保障5个方面。食品专业教师师德师风建设的实践维度可以通过:资源共享、深度合作,实现三方共建共赢;内培外引、专兼结合,加强师资队伍培训;明确责任、考核监督,建立师德长效机制;多元评估、立体评价,提升教师道德素养;自重自省、自警自励,加强教师反思教育来实现。高校、政府和企业要实现三方联合,应探索师德师风建设新思路,做到横向到边,纵向到底,全面构建食品专业教师师德师风建设的新坐标。In order to achieve the goal of building a new coordinate for the construction of food professional teachers’ethics and style,carrying out the cooperation of universities,governments and enterprises,effectively integrate the resources of education,policy and society,achieve the goal dimension,create the characteristic dimension,and build the practical dimension.Thus,the synergistic effect of“1+1+1>3”is generated for the external environment of food professional educator teachers,social development and enterprise conformal growth.The goal dimension of the construction of food professional teachers’ethics and style includes improving the level of teachers’ethics,optimizing the construction of teachers’style,strengthening professional development,promoting school-enterprise cooperation,and establishing long-term mechanism.The characteristic dimension of the construction of food teachers’ethics and style is manifested in five aspects of resource integration and complementary advantages,practice orientation and innovative research,industry-university-research application and personnel training,curriculum design and teaching reform,and education evaluation and quality assurance.The practical dimension of the construction of food professional teachers’ethics and style can be realized through resource sharing and in-depth cooperation,and the three parties can build a win-win situation.The practical dimension of the construction of food professional teachers’ethics and style can be also achieved:by resource sharing and in-depth cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results for all parties;by strengthening the training of teachers through internal training and external introduction,professional and part-time combination;by clarifying responsibilities,assessment and supervision,and establishing a long-term mechanism for teachers’moral quality;by multi-dimensional evaluation and comprehensive assessment,and enhancing the moral quality of teachers;by self-respect and self-examination,self-warni
