核心素养视域下警察院校中加强学生体能训练的探索研究

摘　　要：该文从核心素养的视角出发,对警察院校体能训练的现存问题进行总结,具体包括体能素质发展不均衡、体能训练的个性化培养不足以及学生训练态度缺乏主动性。据此提出以下发展对策:首先,强调彰显核心素养的多元化特征,完善体能训练计划的设计;其次,注重体能训练的个性化与科学性,以更好地适应不同学生的特点和需求;再次,实现体能训练与核心素养的有机融合,促进学生综合素质的全面提升;最后,以构建全方位素质教育体系为载体,优化警察院校的体能训练教学。这些对策旨在提升警察院校学生体能训练的整体效果,为其未来的职业发展奠定坚实基础。This research summarizes the existing problems in physical training in police colleges from the perspective of core competencies,including uneven development of physical fitness;insufficient personalized training in physical fitness training;and lack of initiative in students'training attitudes.Based on this,the following development strategies are proposed:First,emphasize the manifestation of diversified characteristics of core competencies and improve the design of physical training plans;Second,emphasize the personalization and scientificity of physical training to better adapt to the characteristics and needs of different students;Third,realize the organic integration of physical training and core competencies,and promote the comprehensive improvement of students'overall quality;Finally,using the construction of a comprehensive quality education system as a carrier,optimize the physical training and teaching of police colleges.These measures aim to enhance the overall effectiveness of physical training for police college students and lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
