摘　　要：积极心理品质对新时代大学生应对学业压力、人际交往、情感纠葛等多重心理挑战具有重要作用。目前,大学生积极心理品质呈现出认知局限化、韧性削弱化、效能低沉化等样态,虚拟社交和个性标签的圈地自困、情感归属和身份认同的迫切焦虑、盲目内卷和躺平惫懒的挣扎内耗是其困境的主要成因。因此,我们应强化价值引领与多元体验的双重驱动、推动自我觉醒和自我调适的相辅相成、促进目标导向与积极反馈的良性循环,为新时代大学生积极心理品质培养注入不竭动力。Positive psychological qualities play an important role in helping contemporary college students cope with multiple psychological challenges such as academic pressure,interpersonal relationships,and emotional entang.At present,the positive psychological quality of college students shows the cognitive limitation,weakened resilience and low efficiency.The self-trappedenclosure of socialcontacton internet and personality labels,the urgent anxiety of emotional belonging and identity recognition,and the internal confrontation of blind competition and laziness,are the main causes.Strengthening the dual drive of value guidance and multiple experience,paying attention to the complementarity of self-awakening and self-adjustment,and promoting the virtuous cycle of goal orientation and positive feedback can inject inexhaustible power into the cultivation of positive psychological quality of college students in the new era.
