摘　　要：目的探讨系统性健康宣教对乳腺癌外周中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者手臂功能锻炼依从性及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2022年2月至2024年4月北京市海淀区妇幼保健院收治的51例乳腺癌PICC置管患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例,采用常规宣教)与观察组(26例,采用系统性健康宣教)。比较两组手臂功能锻炼依从性及自我管理能力。结果观察组手臂功能锻炼总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我管理能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统性健康宣教在乳腺癌PICC置管患者中应用可有效提高手臂功能锻炼依从性及自我管理能力,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the impact of systematic health education on compliance of arm functional exercise and self-management ability of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization.Methods A total of 51 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization admitted to Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group(25 cases,received routine education)and the observation group(26 cases,received systematic health education).The compliance of arm functional exercise and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of arm functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education in breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization can effectively im prove their compliance of arm functional exercise and self-management ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
