艺术档案数字化保护与利用研究——以西藏国有文艺院团为例

摘　　要：西藏艺术档案是西藏戏剧、音乐、舞蹈、曲艺、美术、艺术研究、艺术教育、群众文化等领域的科研部门在长期的艺术理论研究和实际的艺术实践活动中形成的重要材料,其记录着西藏各民族交往交流交融的历史史实,蕴含有中华民族共同符号,对构建中华民族共有精神家园,铸牢中华民族共同体意识有着不可替代的作用。由于历史原因,西藏各文化艺术单位的艺术档案工作,虽然艺术档案体量大、载体形式丰富,但也存在着艺术档案意识淡薄、缺乏顶层设计、艺术档案零散、缺乏统一标准、数字化能力不足等突出问题。本文以实地调研、调查问卷和个体采访等形式,对国有文艺院团艺术档案工作包括顶层设计、人才培养、艺术创作等在内的事项进行全方位的了解,试图研究分析西藏艺术档案工作存在的共性问题,找出解决并提升的路径。Tibetan art archives are important materials formed by research departments in fields such as Tibetan opera,music,dance,folk arts,fine arts,art research,art education,and popular culture,through long-term theoretical study and practical artistic activities.These archives record the historical interactions and integrations among various ethnic groups in Xizang and contain common symbols of the Chinese nation,playing an irreplaceable role in building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation and forging the sense of community unity among its people.Due to historical reasons,the art archival work of various cultural and artistic institutions in Xizang,although substantial in volume and rich in formats,faces several prominent issues.These include a lack of awareness regarding art archives,insufficient top-level design,scattered archival materials,a lack of unified standards,and inadequate digital capabilities.This article aims to conduct a comprehensive understanding of the art archival work of state-owned cultural and artistic troupes through field research,surveys,and individual interviews,covering aspects such as top-level design,talent development,artistic creation,and financial expenditure.It seeks to analyze the common problems existing in Xizang's art archival work and identify paths for solutions and improvements.
