摘　　要：随着科技的飞速发展,人工智能技术正逐渐渗透到各个领域,并对现实生活产生深远影响。法学作为一门学科也不例外,人工智能技术与法学方法的深度融合为法律领域带来了许多新的机遇和挑战。人工智能技术与法学方法深度融合有利于提高法律研究和实践效率、提升决策的准确性和公正性、促进法学方法的创新和发展、促进普法和法律服务的普及,以及引发对法律伦理和法律责任的思考。人工智能技术与法学方法深度融合发展应用的策略:(一)跨学科合作;(二)数据资源整合;(三)算法优化与改进;(四)法律伦理与风险评估;(五)培养法学与人工智能双重素养;(六)创新教育培训模式;(七)社会参与与共治。With the rapid development of technology,artificial intelligence(AI)technology is gradually permeating into various fields and exerting a profound impact on real life.As a discipline,legal science is no exception.The deep integration of AI technology and the methodology of legal science has brought many new opportunities and challenges to the field of law.The deep integration of the two is conducive to improving the efficiency of legal research and practice,enhancing the accuracy and fairness of decision-making,promoting the innovation and development of legal methods,facilitating the popularization of legal education and legal services,and triggering reflections on legal ethics and legal liability.Strategies for the development and application of the deep integration of AI technology and methodology of legal science are as follows:(1)Interdisciplinary collaboration;(2)Integration of data resources;(3)Algorithm optimization and improvement;(4)Legal ethics and risk assessment;(5)Cultivating dual literacy in legal science and AI;(6)Innovating education and training models;(7)Social participation and co-governance.
