摘 要:数字乡村建设的实质就是要推动“数字下乡”,而新型职业农民的数字素养与数字乡村建设以及农业农村新质生产力的形成和发展具有内在的耦合逻辑。目前,我国基于数字乡村建设需求的职业教育培训存在数字乡村人才培养培训体系建设滞后、培育主体缺位、政策滞后等问题。职业教育培训应积极回应数字乡村建设以及新质生产力发展背景下新型职业农民数字素养提升诉求,创新数字化新型职业农民职业教育培养制度,健全数字化新型职业农民职业培训体系,多主体协同开发新型职业农民数字化职业教育培训资源,建构和营造乡村数字文化场域,增强新型职业农民的数字技术运用获得感。The essence of digital rural construction is to promote“digital going to the countryside”,and the digital literacy of new professional farmers has an inherent coupling logic with the construction of digital rural areas and the formation and development of new quality productivie forces in agriculture and rural areas.At present,vocational education and training based on the needs of digital rural construction in China have problems such as lagging construction of the digital rural talent training system,lack of cultivation subjects,and lagging policies.Vocational education and training should actively respond to the demand for improving the digital literacy of new vocational farmers under the background of digital rural construction and the development of new quality productive forces,innovate the digital new vocational education and training system,improve the digital new vocational training system,collaborate with multiple parties to develop digital vocational education and training resources,construct and create a rural digital cultural field,and enhance the sense of digital technology application for new professional farmers.
