摘 要:数字乡村建设既是乡村振兴的战略方向,也是数字中国建设的重要组成部分。农民是数字乡村建设的主力军,其数字素养是推动农业新质生产力发展、促进农民就业创业和增收致富的引擎。职业教育培训是培养农民数字素养的重要途径,但目前存在数字课程建设滞后、教学方式单一、评价及后续跟踪服务不足等问题。为此,需要注重农民数字化培训课程开发,强化数字化学习资源建设;实施差异化培训,增强教学的适应性和针对性;构建科学的评价体系,提升农民数字素养培育效果。The construction of digital countryside is not only a strategic direction for rural revitalization,but also an important component of the construction of digital China.Farmers are the main force in the construction of digital countryside,and their digital literacy is the engine that promotes the development of new agricultural productivity,employment,entrepreneurship,and income growth.Vocational education and training are important ways to cultivate farmers’digital literacy,but currently there are problems such as lagging digital courses and learning resource construction,single teaching methods,and insufficient follow-up services.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the development of digital training courses for farmers and strengthen the construction of digital learning resources;implement differentiated training to enhance the adaptability and pertinence of teaching;build a scientific evaluation system to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating farmers’digital literacy.
