摘　　要：文章基于2013—2022年中国沪深A股上市企业年度数据,探析政府数据开放对企业绿色创新效率的影响及其作用机理。研究结果表明:政府数据开放对企业绿色创新效率具有显著正向影响;相较于环境执法力度较强和中小型企业,政府数据开放对环境执法力度较弱和大型企业的绿色创新效率提升作用更强;政府数据开放可通过促进数字经济发展来提高企业绿色创新效率;信息技术水平可正向调节政府数据开放对企业绿色创新效率的促进作用。Based on the annual data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper analyzes the impact of government data opening on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and its mechanism.The results are shown as the following:The opening of government data has a significant positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises.Compared with enterprises with strong environmental law enforcement and small and medium-sized enterprises,government data opening has a stronger role in improving the green innovation efficiency of enterprises with weak environmental law enforcement and large enterprises.Government data opening can improve the efficiency of green innovation by promoting the development of digital economy.The level of information technology can positively regulate the promoting effect of government data opening on enterprise green innovation efficiency.
