摘　　要：交叉互换引起的基因重组,极易与染色体变异中的易位混淆。本文从交叉互换与易位的区别、显微镜下是否可见、互换发生的判断、引起基因重组的条件以及互换率的计算几个方面展开剖析,以期为师生提供教学和学习参考。Gene recombination caused by crossing over is easily confused with translocation in chromosomal variations.This paper analyzed the differences between crossing over and translocation,whether they could be observed under a microscope,criteria for determining the occurrence of crossing over,conditions that lead to gene recombination,and calculations of crossing over rates,in order to provide teaching and learning references for teachers and students.
