摘 要:使用氨碱法制碱后会产生大量蒸氨废液,如果直接排放会对环境造成严重影响,为此实现蒸氨废液的资源化利用势在必行。以氨碱法蒸氨废液沉淀后上清液为研究对象,进行室内外对比试验,分析上清液在日晒蒸发过程中氯化钠及其他杂质离子的析出、变化规律,为蒸氨废液制盐提供理论依据。同时,制盐后的尾液可送至氯化钙厂生产二水氯化钙,可创造额外的经济效益。The use of ammonia-alkali alkali production will produce a large amount of evaporated ammonia waste liquid,if direct discharge will have a serious impact on the environment,so it is imperative to realize the resource utilization of evaporated ammonia waste liquid.Taking the supernatant after precipitation of evaporated ammonia waste liquid as the research object,through carrying out indoor and outdoor comparative test,analyzing the precipitation and change rule of sodium chloride and other impurity ions of supernatant in the process of evaporation in the sunshine,providing theoretical basis for the salt making of evaporated ammonia waste liquid.At the same time,the tailing liquid after salt production can be sent to the calcium chloride plant to produce calcium chloride dihydrate,which makes additional economic benefits.
