摘 要:随着钾肥产量的不断提升,高蒸发季节盐田卤水迅速大量析出达到光卤石点,导致现有成矿卤水导卤泵站的导卤能力不足,使光卤石在钠调池内提前析出,造成钾资源的浪费。文章在现有泵站的控制设备、输送管道、泵站平台承重等综合条件的基础上改造6台新型立式导叶式混流泵,对配套电机等设备进行安装实验,并进一步分析实验研究应用进展和泵性能。With the continuous increase in potassium fertilizer production,a large amount of brine from salt fields rapidly reaches the point during the high evaporation season,resulting in insufficient brine carrying capacity of the existing brine pumping stations,which can easily cause the premature precipitation of carnallite in the sodium regulating tank,leading to the waste of potassium resources.On the basis conditions such as control equipment,conveying pipelines,and pump station platform load-bearing capacity of existing pump stations,this article transforms six new vertical guide vane mixed flow pumps and conducts installation experiments with supporting motors and other equipment to further analyze the progress of experimental research and pump performance.
