摘  要:随着地下工程的发展,盾构隧道在城市建设中占据重要地位。然而,盾构隧道在堆载等外部荷载影响下,易出现受力不均和变形增大等问题,严重威胁其安全性和稳定性。因此,研究堆载下盾构隧道的受力特性及其加固方法显得尤为重要。为探究堆载工况下折叠机构加固盾构隧道的加固效果,采用1∶20缩尺模型试验和数值模拟,对比分析不同工况下折叠机构加固前后的隧道围压、管片收敛变形及弯矩变化。研究结果表明,折叠机构可优化隧道结构受力状态,显著降低变形速率,削弱横向收敛变形趋势,提高隧道稳定性,为实际工程提供了有益的参考。With the development of underground engineering,shield tunnels have become a critical component of urban construction.However,under external loads such as surcharge,shield tunnels are prone to uneven stress distribution and increased deformation,posing significant threats to their safety and stability.Therefore,studying the stress characteristics of shield tunnels under surcharge and their reinforcement methods is particularly important.To investigate the reinforcement effects of a foldable mechanism on shield tunnels under surcharge conditions,a 1:20 scaled model test and numerical simulation were conducted.The changes in confining pressure,segment convergence deformation,and bending moments of the tunnel were analyzed before and after reinforcement under different conditions.The results indicate that the foldable mechanism optimizes the stress state of the tunnel structure,significantly reduces the deformation rate,mitigates the tendency of transverse convergence deformation,and improves tunnel stability,providing valuable references for practical engineering applications.
