26 t纯电动轮胎压路机行驶系统关键控制策略研究

摘  要:随着电驱技术在工程机械中的逐步应用,纯电驱动的轮胎压路机也进入了研制和开发的行列。以前4后5型多电机独立驱动的26 t纯电动轮胎压路机为研究对象,以提高传动系统效率和保证作业质量为目标,对其行驶系统的关键控制技术进行研究。首先对26 t纯电动轮胎压路机行驶系统的组成和工作原理进行分析;其次,提出基于节能目标的行驶系统驱动模式自动切换控制策略,根据轮胎压路机的不同负载工况设计3种行驶驱动模式,结合永磁同步电机效率Map制定驱动模式切换算法;最后,在不同驱动模式基础上,以驱动轮纯滚动为控制目标给出基于Ackermann模型的电子差速转向控制策略。With the gradual application of electric drive technology in construction machinery,battery electric pneumatic tyre rollers have also entered the ranks of research and development.Taking the 26-t battery electric pneumatic tyre roller with independent drive of multiple motors of 4 in the front and 5 in the rear as the research object,with the objectives of improving the efficiency of the drive system and ensuring the quality of operation,the key control technologies of its travelling system are studied.Firstly,the composition and working principle of the travelling system of the 26-t battery electric pneumatic tyre roller are analyzed.Secondly,the automatic switching control strategy of the drive modes of the travelling system based on the goal of energy saving is proposed,three travelling drive modes are designed according to different load conditions of the pneumatic tyre roller,and in conjunction with the permanent magnet synchronous motor efficiency Map,the switching algorithm of drive modes is developed.Finally,on the basis of different drive modes,with pure rolling of the drive tyres as the control objective,an electronic differential steering control strategy based on Ackermann model is proposed.
