摘　　要：化学前处理作为粉末涂装工艺的重要组成部分,其设计方案从传统的普通管路喷淋发展为整体综合智能化设计。从室体整体布局结构设计、设备高效节能设计、辅助工艺设计和安全环保优化设计等方面对化学前处理工序进行详细介绍。Chemical pre-treatment is an important part of powder coating process,and its design scheme has evolved from the traditional ordinary pipeline spraying to the overall integrated intelligent design.The chemical pre-treatment process is introduced in detail in terms of overall layout and structural design of the chamber,highefficiency and energy-saving design of the equipment,auxiliary process design and safety and environmental protection design.
