摘  要:牙齿萌出后在形成成熟的形态与结构之前称为年轻恒牙,也是人类的第2副牙齿,年轻恒牙上下共28~32颗,牙根发育成正常长度一般需要2~3年,而年轻恒牙根尖孔缩窄所需要的时间还要更久。年轻恒牙牙髓病或根尖周病会在一定程度上限制牙根的正常生长发育,因此在年轻恒牙牙髓病以及根尖周病的临床治疗中,如何促进患牙根尖的正常形成、保障患牙的正常发育最为重要。牙髓血运重建技术是临床治疗年轻恒牙病变或根尖周组织病变的新兴手段,本文首先阐述了牙髓血运重建的操作要点及流程,同时对各类支架性基质进行了列举,并对照了不同生物陶瓷材料在牙髓血运重建中的应用效果,最后围绕牙髓血运重建中的相关组织工程技术进行了详细介绍并给予总结。Teeth are called young permanent teeth after eruption and before they form a mature shape and structure.They are also the second set of teeth in humans.There are a total of 28-32 young permanent teeth in the upper and lower jaw.It usually takes 2-3 years for the roots of young permanent teeth to develop to a normal length,while it takes even longer for the apical foramen of young permanent teeth to narrow.Pulp disease or periapical disease of young permanent teeth will limit the nomal growth and development or root to a certain extent.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of pulp diseases and periapical diseases of young permanent teeth,it is of utmost importance to promote the normal formation of the root apex and ensure the normal development of the affected teeth.Pulp revascularization technology is an emerging method for the clinical treatment of lesions of young permanent teeth or periapical tissue lesions.This review first elaborated on the operational points and processes of pulp revascularization,listed various scaffold matrices,and compared the application effects of different bioceramic materials in pulp revascularization.Finally,relevant tissue engineering technologies in pulp revascularization were introduced and summarized in detail.
