摘 要:目的观察品管圈在门诊西药房质量管理持续改进中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在徐州市爱心医院就诊的西药治疗患者80例,依据时间段分组,将2022年1—12月就诊患者纳入对照组,采取常规西药房管理;将2023年1—12月就诊患者纳入观察组,采取品管圈管理,两组各40例。比较两组药品调节差错率、工作人员无形成果评分以及药房工作满意度评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组不合理处方率更低,无形成果评分和满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予门诊西药房品管圈管理方法,在质量管理持续改进方面,发挥重要影响。Objective To observe the application effect of quality control circle in the continuous improvement of quality management in outpatient western pharmacy.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 80 patients with western medicine treatment in Xuzhou Aixin Hospital were selected.According to the time period,the patients who visited the hospital from January to December 2022 were included in the control group,and the routine western pharmacy management was adopted.The patients who visited the hospital from January to December 2023 were included in the observation group,and the quality control circle management was adopted,with 40 cases in each group.The drug adjustment error rate,the intangible achievement scores of staff and the pharmacy work satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower rate of unreasonable prescriptions,higher intangible achievement scores and satisfaction scores,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the quality control circle management method in outpatient western pharmacy plays an important role in the continuous improvement of quality management.
