摘 要:目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中配体依赖性辅助抑制因子(LCoR)、GINS2蛋白、组氨酸磷酸酶(LHPP)的表达与其临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法 选择102例宫颈癌患者,术中采集癌组织和癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法(SP)检测LCoR、LHPP、GINS2蛋白,对比不同组织内三者阳性表达情况,并分析癌组织内LCoR、LHPP、GINS2蛋白阳性表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 癌组织内LCoR、GINS2蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,LHPP阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织内LCoR、GINS2蛋白阳性表达率与宫颈癌患者肿瘤最大直径、肿瘤浸润深度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.05);LHPP阳性表达率与宫颈癌患者FIGO分期、肿瘤最大直径、淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度呈负相关(P<0.05)。生存率方面,GINS2蛋白、LCoR阳性表达者较阴性表达者低,LHPP蛋白阳性表达者较阴性表达者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈癌组织中GINS2蛋白、LCoR、LHPP均异常表达,三者表达与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤最大直径、淋巴结转移、FIGO分期及预后密切相关,可作为宫颈癌病情进展和预后的评估指标。Objective To explore the correlation between ligand dependent co inhibitory factor(LCoR),GINS2 protein,and histidine phosphatase(LHPP)expression with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis in cervical cancer tissue.Methods 102 patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgical treatment were selected.Cancer and adjacent tissues were collected during surgery,and LCoR,LHPP,and GINS2 proteins were detected using immunohistochemical staining(SP).Results The positive expression of the 3 proteins in different tissues was compared,and the relationship between the positive expression of LCoR,LHPP,and GINS2 proteins in cancer cell tissues and the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients was analyzed.The positive expression rates of LCoR and GINS2 proteins in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,while the positive expression rates of LHPP were lower than those in adjacent tissues,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of LCoR and GINS2 proteins in cancer tissues were positively correlated with the maximum tumor diameter,depth of tumor infiltration,FIGO staging,and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer patients(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of LHPP was negatively correlated with FIGO staging,maximum tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,and depth of tumor infiltration in cervical cancer patients(P<0.05);In terms of survival rate,those with positive expression of GINS2 protein and LCoR were lower than those with negative expression,while those with positive expression of LHPP protein were higher than those with negative expression,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion GINS2 protein,LCoR,and LHPP are all abnormally expressed in cervical cancer tissue,and their expression is closely related to tumor infiltration depth,maximum tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,FIGO staging,and prognosis.They can be used as evaluation indicators for the progression and prognosis of cervical cancer.
