摘　　要：目的 探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中驱动蛋白家族成员23(KIF23)、葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)表达及与其临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法 收集84例行手术治疗PCa患者的癌组织标本为PCa组,另取距PCa组织0.5 cm处的癌旁正常前列腺组织为对照组。检测两组组织中KIF23和GRP78的表达水平,分析KIF23和GRP78表达水平与PCa临床病理特征及其预后的关系。结果 PCa组KIF23和GRP78高表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05);KIF23高表达与PCa患者年龄、病理分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05);GRP78高表达与PCa患者病理分级有关(P<0.05);KIF23高表达和GRP78高表达PCa患者3年生存率均低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论 KIF23和GRP78均在PCa组织中呈高表达,其表达水平与其临床病理特征密切相关,且可以用来评估PCa患者预后。Objective To explore the expressions of kinesin family member 23(KIF23)and glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78)in prostate cancer(PCa)tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods The specimens of cancer tissues from 84 patients with PCa underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively collected as PCa group,normal prostate tissues 0.5cm away from PCa tissues were collected as the control group.The expression levels of KIF23 and GRP78 in the 2 groups were detected,and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of PCa patients was analyzed.Results The high expression rates of KIF23 and GRP78 in PCa group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The high expression of KIF23 was correlated with age,pathological grading,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in PCa patients(P<0.05),and high expression of GRP78 was correlated with pathological grading in PCa patients(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rates in PCa patients with high expressions of KIF23 and GRP78 were lower than those with low expressions(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of KIF23 and GRP78 are up-regulated in PCa tissues,and the 2 indexes are closely related to clinicopathological characteristics and can be applied to evaluate prognosis of PCa patients.
