摘　　要：目的探讨微生态制剂对肝癌介入治疗患者内毒素水平及肝功能的影响。方法按随机数字表法将96例肝癌患者分为两组,各48例。两组均采用介入治疗,介入治疗后对照组采用常规保肝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用培菲康治疗。比较两组内毒素水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肝功能、粪便球杆比及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组内毒素、CRP及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平低于对照组,粪便球杆比异常率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论肝癌介入治疗患者采用微生态制剂培菲康治疗能够减轻肝功能损伤,降低内毒素及CRP水平,降低粪便球杆比异常率,且不良反应未增加。Objective To investigate the effects of microecological preparations on endotoxin levels and liver function in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing interventional therapy.Methods 96 patients with liver cancer were divided into 2 groups with 48 cases in each group according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with interventional therapy.After interventional therapy,the control group was treated with conventional liver protection therapy,and the observation group was treated with Pefican on the basis of the control group.Endotoxin level,C-reactive protein(CRP),liver function,stool club ratio and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the levels of endotoxin,CRP,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the abnormal rate of fecal club ratio was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pefikang,a microecological agent,can reduce liver function injury,endotoxin and CRP levels,and the abnormal rate of fecal club ratio in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with interventional therapy,and the adverse reactions do not increase.
