摘　　要：目的比较经尿道膀胱肿瘤铥激光切除术(TmLRBT)与经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)的临床效果。方法分析60例NMIBC患者资料。将28例接受TURBT患者纳入电切组,将32例接受TmLRBT患者纳入激光组。统计并比较2组患者手术情况、术后恢复情况。记录2组患者并发症发生情况及随访情况。结果2组患者手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间比较,P>0.05;激光组术中出血量少于电切组,术后导尿管留置时间、住院时间短于电切组(P<0.05)。组间并发症发生率及复发率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论TmLRBT、TURBT均可用于治疗NMIBC,且手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间接近,但相对于TURBT,TmLRBT的实施术中出血量少,利于术后早期恢复,且并发症发生率及近期复发率较低。Objective To compare the clinical effects of TmLRBT and TURBT in the treatment of non muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods The data of 60 patients with NMIBC were analyzed.28 patients who received TURBT were included in the electrocautery group,and 32 patients who received TmLRBT were included in the laser group.The operation and postoperative recovery of the 2 groups were compared.The incidence of complications and follow-up of the 2 groups were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in surgical time and bladder irrigation time between the 2 groups of patients(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the laser group was less than that in the electrocautery group,and the postoperative catheterization and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the electrocautery group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence and recurrence rates of complications between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both TmLRBT and TURBT can be used to treat NMIBC,with similar surgical and bladder irrigation times.However,compared to TURBT,TmLRBT has less intraoperative bleeding,which is beneficial for early postoperative recovery,and has a lower incidence of complications and recent recurrence.
