辐照去白细胞悬浮红细胞治疗急性白血病的疗效观察及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究辐照去白细胞悬浮红细胞治疗急性白血病的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法 选取急性白血病患者100例,根据输血方案分为2组,对照组68例患者接受去白悬浮红细胞输注,观察组32例患者接受辐照去白细胞悬浮红细胞输注。对2组临床疗效、免疫功能、医院感染及不良反应的发生率进行比较分析。结果 2组患者治疗前免疫指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组临床有效率及CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均明显升高(P<0.05),医院感染及不良反应的总发生率均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 对于急性白血病患者,输注辐照去白细胞悬浮红细胞,具有确切的临床疗效,可显著改善患者的免疫功能,降低医院感染及不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of irradiated leukocyte suspension erythrocytes in the treatment of acute leukemia and the effect on the immune function of patients.Methods 100 patients with acute leukemia were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the transfusion protocol,68 patients in the control group received deleterious suspension erythrocyte transfusion,and 32 patients in the observation group received irradiated deleterious suspension erythrocyte transfusion.The clinical efficacy,immune function,hospital infection and incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results The differences in the levels of immune indicators between the 2 groups of patients before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the clinical effectiveness rate and CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)levels of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the total incidence of hospital infections and adverse reactions were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute leukemia,transfusion of irradiated leukocyte-suspended erythrocytes has a definite clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the patient's immune function and reduce the incidence of hospital infections and adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
