砭石疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究砭石疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的治疗效果。方法:将本院2022年1月至2023年12月62例脑卒中后偏瘫患者按就诊尾号单双号分为对照组和研究组,每组31例,对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受砭石疗法治疗,比较疗效。结果:研究组总有效率为96.77%,优于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05);治疗1个月后、治疗3个月后,研究组神经功能障碍程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后、治疗3个月后,研究组肢体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后、治疗3个月后,研究组日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:砭石疗法可提高卒中后偏瘫患者治疗效果,促进神经功能恢复,改善肢体功能及日常生活能力,值得推广。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of stone needle therapy on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,62 patients with hemiplegia after stroke in our hospital were divided into the control group and the study group according to the odd and even number of treatment,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment, while the study group received stone needle therapy on the basis of the control group, and the efficacy was compared.Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%, which was better than that of the control group 80.65% ( P <0.05). After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the score of neurological dysfunction in the study group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the limb function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05);After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the daily living ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Stone Needle therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of hemiplegia patients after stroke, promote the recovery of nerve function, improve the limb function and the ability of daily living, and is worth popularizing.
