内观疗法联合抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症阴性症状患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针对精神分裂症阴性症状患者,应用利培酮联合内观疗法对其症状改善的有效机制。方法选取2023年1月~2023年12月于马鞍山八十六医院就诊的精神分裂症阴性症状患者60例为研究对象,红蓝信封法随机分组,分为参比组(利培酮治疗)和分析组(利培酮治疗联合内观疗法)各30例,比较两组干预效果。结果治疗前两组阳性和阴性综合症状量表(PANSS)评分不存在显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、2个月及3个月时,分析组PANSS量表中阳性症状、阴性症状及精神病理评分均低于参比组(P<0.001);分析组治疗有效率为100.00%,显著高于参比组86.67%(x^(2)=4.285,P<0.05)。治疗前两组心理状态各维度评分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后分析组紧张、沮丧、愤怒、迟钝评分显著低于参比组(P<0.001),活力评分显著高于参比组(P<0.001)。结论针对精神分裂症阴性症状患者,在利培酮治疗基础上联合内观疗法进行心理治疗,可有效改善其阴性精神症状,提高临床疗效。Objective Objective to analyze the effective mechanism of risperidone combined with Naikan therapy for the improvement of symptoms in patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia treated in Ma'anshan86 hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the reference group(risperidone treatment)and the analysis group(risperidone treatment combined with Naikan therapy)with 30 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results before treatment,there was no significant difference in positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment,the PANSS positive symptoms,negative symptoms and psychopathology scores in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001).The effective rate of the analysis group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%of the reference group(x^(2)=4.285,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of psychological state between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of tension,depression,anger and dullness in the analysis group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001),and the score of vitality in the analysis group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion For patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia,on the basis of risperidone treatment,combined with psychological support based on Naikan therapy can effectively improve their negative mental symptoms,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical efficacy and can be popularized.
