重返社区技能训练对精神分裂症患者心理弹性与社会知觉的影响

摘　　要：目的观察重返社区技能训练对精神分裂症患者心理弹性与社会知觉的影响。方法选取烟台市心理康复医院2023年1月~2024年1月收治的76例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,基于“信封法”随机均分为对照组(常规临床干预)与实验组(重返社区技能训练),各38例,比较两组患者干预效果。结果两组患者干预前心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、神经心理状态评定量表(RBANS)总分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)总分及阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)中各量表评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组干预后CD-RISC量表评分及RBANS总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组干预后SDSS量表总分及PANSS中各量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者重返社区技能训练可提升心理弹性,改善社会知觉及精神分裂症症状。Objective To observe the effect of community return skills training on resilience and social perception in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 76 schizophrenia patients admitted to Yantai Psychological Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were the study subjects.Based on the"envelope method",the control group(conventional clinical intervention)and experimental group(return to community skills training),38 cases were used to compare the intervention effect of the two groups.Results There were no statistical difference in the CD-RISC scores,RBANS scores,SDSS scores and the scores between the negative and positive symptom scales PANSS scores(P>0.05).The CD-RISC and RBANS scores in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the SDSS and PANSS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Returning to community skills training in schizophrenia can improve psychological resilience and improve social perception and symptoms of schizophrenia.
