摘　　要：目的探究与分析抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰与米氮平治疗的适用性与安全性。方法按照随机数字表法对本院自2022年4月~2024年4月收治的抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者80例分组,每组各40例,对照组采取草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组在其基础上增加米氮平治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表(MADRS)评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,同时对比两组不良反应。结果观察组与对照组相比临床总有效率较高;观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比MADRS评分较低、AHI较低、PSQI评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰与米氮平治疗可获得突出的临床疗效,患者的抑郁症状以及睡眠障碍情况得到了明显的改善,治疗期间并未增加不良反应,安全性有保障。Objective To investigate and analyze the applicability and safety of using escitalopram oxalate and mirtazapine in the treatment of patients with depression combined with sleep disorders.Methods Eighty patients with depression combined with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into two groups using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with escitalopram oxalate,while the observation group received additional treatment with mirtazapine.The clinical efficacy,Montgomery-Asberg depression rating scale(MADRS)scores,Apnea-Hypopnea index(AHI),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The observation group had a higher overall clinical effective rate compared to the control group.After treatment,the MADRS scores,AHI,and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with depression combined with sleep disorders using escitalopram oxalate and mirtazapine can achieve remarkable clinical efficacy,significantly improving the symptoms of depression and sleep disorders in patients without increasing adverse reactions during treatment,ensuring safety.
