摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量帕利哌酮缓释片对盐酸米那普仑片治疗无精神病性症状抑郁症的增效作用及安全性。方法选取无精神病性症状抑郁症患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为盐酸米那普仑片组及盐酸米那普仑片合并帕利哌酮缓释片组,分别称为对照组和研究组,治疗6周。在治疗前及治疗后第1、第2、第6周末先后四次分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评定抗抑郁作用效果,采用药物副作用量表(TESS)评定患者服用药品后的副作用。结果治疗前,两组的HAMD-17评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,第1、2、6周研究组患者的HAMD-17评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的93.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的TESS评分差异无显著性,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗抑郁药联合使用小剂量帕利哌酮缓释片治疗抑郁症能提高疗效,且起效快。Objective To investigate the effects and safety of small-dose paliperidone sustained-release tablets on minapram hydrochloride tablets in the treatment depression without psychotic symptoms.Methods 60 patients with depression without psychotic symptoms were selected and divided into minapram hydrochloride tablet group and minapram hydrochloride combined with paliperidone sustained-release tablet group according to random number table method,respectively known as control group and study group,and treated for 6 weeks.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17)was used to evaluate the antidepressant effect before treatment and at the 1st,2nd and 6th weekend after treatment,respectively,and TESS was used to evaluate the side effects after taking drugs.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD sore between patients in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD-17 scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at week 1,2 and 6,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-dose paliperidone sustained-release tablets with antidepressants can improve the curative effect of depression,and the effect is fast.
