摘　　要：目的分析对焦虑障碍儿童实施认知行为疗法联合沙盘游戏治疗的临床效果。方法选择枣庄市妇幼保健院2022年1月~2023年12月收治的120例焦虑障碍儿童,随机分为对照组(60例,采用常规方法治疗)和观察组(60例,实施认知行为疗法联合沙盘游戏治疗),两组均连续干预6个月,对比临床疗效。结果治疗前两组各项指标对比无显著差异,治疗后均有一定改善,观察组各项指标均优于对照组。观察组治疗有效率、治疗依从性、睡眠质量、发育指标、生活质量均显著高于对照组,观察组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对焦虑障碍儿童实施认知行为疗法联合沙盘游戏治疗效果显著,可提高儿童治疗依从性,有效减轻焦虑症状,明显提高睡眠质量,改善儿童发育状况,进一步提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with sandplay therapy on children with anxiety disorders.Methods A total of 120 children with anxiety disorders admitted to Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases,treated by conventional methods)and observation group(60 cases,cognitive behavioral therapy combined with sand play therapy),and both groups were continuously intervened for 6 months to compare the clinical efficacy.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,but there was some improvement after treatment,and the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The effective rate,treatment compliance,sleep quality,developmental indexes,and quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and sandplay therapy is more effective in treating children with anxiety disorders,significantly improving their treatment compliance,effectively reducing anxiety symptoms,significantly improving sleep quality,improving their developmental status,and further enhancing their quality of life.
