高校国有资产管理体系建设实践与思考

摘　　要：全面加强高校国有资产管理体系建设,是保障高校教育教学质量的重要组成部分。高校资产管理目前存在关键制度缺失、岗位职责模糊、账实不符和账账不符、资产使用效率低、资源整合不到位、数字化信息技术应用水平不高等现实问题。因此,要健全管理制度、统一标准和账实兼顾,加强管理队伍建设,统筹推进高校资产数字化管理,以确保高校国有资产保值增值。Strengthening the construction of the state-owned asset management system in colleges and universities comprehensively is an important part of ensuring the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities.Currently,there are some practical problems in the asset management of colleges and universities,such as the absence of key systems,ambiguous job responsibilities,inconsistency between accounts and actual assets,low asset utilization efficiency,inadequate integration of resources,and low application level of digital information technology.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the management system,unify standards,take both accounts and actual assets into consideration,strengthen the construction of the management team,and promote the digital management of assets in colleges and universities in a coordinated manner to ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets in colleges and universities.
